Far too many women are staggering, from being pushed along the chaotic avenues of male-female relationships, by a thoughtless thrust of a father’s absence. Too many chances for happiness were made slim, by further acts of selfishness, from men who taught their ways without knowing the true definition of manhood. I have been that kind of man and father. Sometimes, and in some ways, I am that man and father, still, when I fail at focusing on what Christ has taught me through His healing love. I have learned that this journey is all about what God wants and how He positions us to serve Him; and not at all about how people analysis your mistakes and use them as daggers to pierce your heart and progress, instead of piercing the presence of God with prayers for you. We all fall down and get up!
Sharing this expression was not an easy decision to come to, especially considering the risk of my inner exposure, in a world of un-forgivers, sharing my shade. Nevertheless, the significance of potential overrides any evidence of fear confronting me, simply because of the need for edification, inner healing and restoration in love relationships.
